The site was created so we could share our travel adventures, some do’s and don’ts, and share our love of traveling.
Our travels have enriched our lives. Through our journey, we’ve grown as a couple, and as individuals. By taking the road less traveled, we have experienced some wonderful wines, have tasted incredible food, and along the way have met wonderful people. And a few times, have tested our own fortitude.
The love of good food and wine seems to be a common language among people of all walks of life, regardless if you speak each others native language. The waiter in Jerez de La Frontera, the restaurant owner in Bordeaux, or the vineyard owners in St. Emilion and Dao, are just a few of the unique individuals we’ve had the pleasure of meeting along our many travels; those encounters have stayed with us long after our return home.
Every time we pack our bags and embark on a new adventure, be it a weekend camping or weeks-long trip to a far away destination, we crave the new experiences that traveling affords us.~ Bill & Helena
It all started on a dive boat in Cozumel. The group has grown throughout the years.
